Business has picked up in Home and Away these past few months thanks to the introduction of the River Boys from Mangrove River. They decided that Summer Bay offers a nice place to come surf whilst winding  up Jon Palmer and Xavier Austin in the process.

The gang are led by Darryl ‘Brax’ Braxton. He’s a rather fine specimen of a man and appears to have brains as well as brawn. Brax has two brothers, Heath and Casey.   Heath is a troublemaker and enjoys a scrap, like Brax he is another well chiseled chap. Casey is the youngest of the trio and is nothing like his brothers, he’s scrawny and lacking in tatoo’s for starters. He’s joined Summer Bay High and is in year 12 with the likes of Romeo and Ruby.

The River Boys marked their arrival by starting a fight at Angelo’s restuarant, a scene in which the returning Miles Copeland was smashed over the head with a bottle.

Other highlights from the River Boys  have included numerous confrontations with Jon and Xavier, throwing Dexter Walker in the boot of a car and dumping him in the bush, Heath rescuing VJ Patterson from drowning, a fake drug dealing transaction involving jelly beans to annoy the police, and best of all, Brodie towing away Colleen Smart’s caravan during the night whilst she was asleep inside it!

Most interesting of all is the business relationship between Brax and Angelo which was forged when Brax saw that the business was struggling and offered Angelo some cheap alcohol and introduced pizza to the menu and as a take-away offering.  Charlie Buckton is very suspicious of Brax and is tracking him closely, and she has every reason to as it seems that he’s using Angelo’s business for money laundering purposes.

There is clearly a spark between Brax and Charlie, he’s already been arrested  for planting a smacker on her lips, and he even took Leah out on a date in an attempt to make Charlie jealous. Will Charlie be able to resist the Bay’s newest hunk in order to uncover his criminal ways? Or will she fall for his charms and become a crooked copper?

Whilst the River Boys are a welcome addition to the show, it’s a shame that the writers couldn’t have introduced an all girl group that do nothing but hang around on the beach every episode wearing thongs instead. We live in hope!

Summer Bay’s April Scott has turned a little bit weird recently. Ever since she broke up with Xavier Austin following their brush with death after inhaling toxic chemicals, she has become something of a fruit – becoming obsessed with moles that may cause skin cancer, and in today’s episode having to ensure her geography project was perfect to the point where she re-did it half a dozen times.

While this is bad news for her, it is good news however for all us blokes out there. Such was her desire to nail the perfect project, she crept down stairs in the middle of the night wearing her night clothes in order to continue working. And her night clothes were very alluring for men who enjoy seeing April’s delightful cleavage which has been getting more and more involved in recent weeks.

Juding from the “coming soon” trailer at the end of the episode, April is going to admit to Dexter Walker that “everything has to be in pefect order, or else bad things will happen.” We can only hope that this admission does not lead to her seeking the medical help she probably needs, and that the Home and Away writers will drag this out for as long as possible in the hope that it will involve more shots of actress Rhiannon Fish in her nightwear

Today’s episode of Home and Away was not a good one for Indi Walker, as at the end she finally found out that Romeo had slept with Ruby. It was however a good episode for all us fans of Indi as she spent all of her time on screen parading about in a number of tiny bikini’s.

Firstly she appeared on the beach having just completed some surfing in a delightful little green number, before discussing Gina Palmer’s decision to get rid of Xavier’s car after he went joyriding wearing a fine red bikini (Indi obviously, not Xavier. That would be sickening). She then received the news of Romeo’s infidelity in the same red bikini coupled with a delightful black waistcoat.

Rumours reaching Blokes on Soaps Towers recently indicate that in the near future we will be seeing a lot more of actress Samara Weaving wearing very little, and on today’s evidence that is fantastic news for all concerned. One of the best episodes of Home and Away so far this year? Without a doubt

Home and Away costume designers, thank you. In recent months they have been supplying Ruby Buckton with a vast amount of costumes that show off her delightful cleavage. And now it looks like their latest target is April Scott, played by Rhiannon Fish.

We’ve seen April a couple of times in a bikini in the past, but usually these moments have unfortunately featured Xavier and his odd-shaped head. Now that she is newly-single though after nearly dying at the hands of some poisonous chemicals, it appears that she is determined to flaunt her assets around the Bay, as happened when she visited Dexter Walker’s house.

If a girl as insanely hot as Miss Scott can hang around with cross-dressing freaks (and we say this in the nicest way possible – even Dex’s old man Sid reckons he is a weirdo), then it gives hope to all us blokes out there. We can only hope Dexter was able to get a full view and enjoy April’s charms through the plethora of womena make-up he was wearing at the time

We might as well rename Blokes on Soaps as “The Ruby Buckton Fanclub”. All we seem to be doing these days is posting pictures of actress Rebecca Breeds looking stunning in Home and Away. And Friday’s episode was no exception as she took to the beach to take part in a little bit of surfing

Unfortunately, the scene was not as good as it could have been with Dexter Walker’s head constantly getting in the way, but they nonetheless allow Ruby to show off all that is good about her. Her attempts to get with Romeo have resulted in her taking up surfing in order to try and impress him, and that is good news for all us blokes out there if it means she is going to be appearing in a bikini on a more frequent basis

Here she was attempting to get Dex to find out what was going on between Romeo and Indi, and he was eventually persuaded. If it were us in the young Walker blokes shoes and Ruby asked us to do something when she is looking this hot, it would take next to no persuasion

Home and Away hasn’t given us much to work with in the last few weeks, so it was nice to see them finally offer a bikini shot to us loyal viewers – this time of Indi Walker. When she first return to the Bay with the Walker family last year, she was often seen parading around the beach in very small clothing items, but since getting with Romeo (lucky man) she seemed to have covered up a lot more – until today that is.

After spectacularly cocking up the opportunity to have her and Nicole in revealing togas at their university party, we had to make do with Indi trying to clear her hangover on the beach in a delightful little red number. She was forced to appologise to Romeo for her behaviour the night before when she was totally smashed, but after sharing a kiss with Ruby (lucky man) he was, unsurprisingly, not interested.

Could this mean that Indi will be back on the market before too long, and showing off her fine body in order to lure in another man? Here’s hoping, if it means we get more shots like these, however brief they maybe

Ruby’s been a bit of a bad girl recently around Summer Bay. She was caught behind the wheel of Sid Walker’s car that was reported as stolen, then snuck out to the Year 12 Informal when she was grounded which resulted in a huge fight with mother Charlie Buckton. The good news for us blokes is that, as a result, she has been under virtual house arrest since and this means she is able to pratt about in the safety of her own home wearing dresses that show off her lovely breasts.

It’s only been in the last four or five months that the Home and Away produces have given Rebecca Breeds such a wonderful array of clothing to highlight her fine cleavage in a sign that she is maturing from Summer Bay High schoolgirl into a very fit young woman. This delightful salmon dress (the colour, not a Lady GaGa-esque effort made of fish) she wore for a pyschic reading with Marilyn and then when Jackson, who obviously completely lost the plot in going off with another girl, visited her home is a fine example of her blossoming, and good news for all us blokes who enjoy the vast array of talent in Home and Away.

The good news for all us blokes who like our soaps to feature a decent amount of bikini action is that Home and Away returned to our screens after it’s winter break on Monday. And, just three episodes down we were treated to a double whammy as both Ruby Buckton and Nicole Franklin stripped down to their smalls on the beach.

Both have been going through difficult times lately – Nicole, played by Tessa James, had a HIV scare and was sleeping with the dodgy Penn Graham, while Ruby (Rebecca Breeds) saw her attempts to seduce music teacher Liam Murphy (lucky bastard) fail and it sent her slightly off the rails in the process. It is refreshing to see then that their trials and tribulations had not affected their stunning looks when in beach wear.

After these stills were taken, they both trotted down to the beach hand-in-hand to enjoy some fun in the sea, getting very wet in the process no doubt. Unfortunately, the Home and Away produces declined to show us this. They did however show Ruby getting arrested for stealing a motor vehcile later on in the episode. Insanely hot and a bit of a bad girl – what is there not to like about that?

It was a great moment for fans of Home and Away in 2010 when Emily Symons repreived her Marilyn Chambers charater.

For us here at Blokes on Soaps, there were two very good reasons to be delighted with her return to our screens, and we’re not referring to her lovely smile and her ditzy personality.

Quite simply, Marilyn has a cracking pair of very large breasts that every man could have hours of fun with. It’s little wonder that onscreen, young Dexter Walker wanted a piece of Marilyn the Milf, much to the chargrin of Marilyn’s current boyfriend Dr Sid Walker, Dexter’s father!

We’ve had to wait a few months since her debut, but the Home and Away produces have finally given us blokes what we want – April, played by Rhiannon Fish, in a tiny bikini and soaking wet on the beach. And just for you, we’ve cut Xavier out of the photos as well. The last thing we want is that “weird shaped head” (according to a regular reader!) lad spoiling the view. Enjoy:
